Today is a really big day. Finally, being able to share what I've been working on over the last few months feels a little nerve-wracking but also incredible! I want to thank everyone who has been on this journey with me since my little newsletter project started a year and a half ago. It has now morphed into a health and wellness platform that includes healthy recipes, the ability to shop the brands and products I trust, current health and wellness info, and private coaching for those looking for additional support along their journey. I hope some piece of The Framework can be helpful to you.
The Framework began as an idea, a mindset, of investing in yourself so you can show up for the people who matter most in your life—learning to lay the groundwork of health through small sustainable nutrition and lifestyle choices. This mindset and way of living not only helped me through post-partum recovery twice but also taught me that it's more about the process than the endpoint. Health is an accumulation of the little things we do every day by making choices that move us closer to where we want to go and how we want to feel, and I am here to offer guidance wherever you might be on that journey.

The majority of our time is spent at home. It's where we eat most of our meals, where most of our routines take place, and where we recharge our batteries. Therefore, it is important to surround ourselves with the things that make healthy decisions easier. When we take charge of what is in our control, it gives us more flexibility when we are in situations where we are not.
