CILANTRO-CHIVE CHICKEN BURGERS

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground chicken

  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)

  • 1 1oz container chives (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients except olive oil in a large bowl

  2. Heat pan on low-med heat

  3. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to pan & allow to heat through

  4. Once oil is heated take 1/4 of mixture & roll into hands to make a large meatball

  5. Place in pan & flatten with spatula

  6. Cook for 4 min. on each side (until internal temp. is 165f)

  7. Repeat until mixture has been used.

  8. Let cool & enjoy!
