CRISPY SHIITAKE STRIPS
Ingredients:
1 lb shiitake mushrooms (stems removed & slived into strips)
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp avocado oil
Method:
Preheat oven to 450F
After shiitakes have been sliced, place in bowl & sprinkle w/ spices
Mix well with hands
Once mixed, pour 1 tsp oil in hands & gently rub together to coat palms
Massage mushrooms to lightly coat
Repeat steps 4-5 w/ additional tsp of oil
Line pan w/ parchment paper, evenly distribute mushrooms & place pan in oven
Roast for 20 min. (may need an additional 5 min. depending on desired crispiness)
