Hydrating Electrolyte “Cocktail”

This is my favorite hydrating “cocktail”! It consists of coconut water (high in the electrolytes potassium, calcium, and magnesium, as well as natural sugars), water, and mineral-rich sea salt (which boosts sodium intake, improves water retention, and adds 60+ trace minerals).

  1. Pour all ingredients in a large glass

  2. Stir thoroughly to mix the salt & enjoy!
