Hydrating Electrolyte “Cocktail”

This is my favorite hydrating “cocktail”! It consists of coconut water (high in the electrolytes potassium, calcium, and magnesium, as well as natural sugars), water, and mineral-rich sea salt (which boosts sodium intake, improves water retention, and adds 60+ trace minerals).
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup coconut water (Harmless Harvest is the best)
1/8 tsp mineral sea salt (Redmond’s Sea Salt is my favorite)
Method:
Pour all ingredients in a large glass
Stir thoroughly to mix the salt & enjoy!
