MISO-MAPLE CHILEAN SEA BASS
Ingredients:
3/4 lb sea bass
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp white miso paste
3/4 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp fish sauce
juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp ginger powder
salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to 425f
Mix all ingredients except fish in a bowl
Pat fish dry and lay flesh side down in mixture
Let marinate for at least 1 hr
Once fish has marinated place in pan
Pour remaining marinade over fish
Roast for 25 min (or until internal temp is 145f)
Turn on broiler & broil for another 4-5 min to crisp the top
Let cool & enjoy!
