MISO-MAPLE CHILEAN SEA BASS

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb sea bass

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil

  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tbsp white miso paste

  • 3/4 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger powder

  • salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 425f

  2. Mix all ingredients except fish in a bowl

  3. Pat fish dry and lay flesh side down in mixture

  4. Let marinate for at least 1 hr

  5. Once fish has marinated place in pan

  6. Pour remaining marinade over fish

  7. Roast for 25 min (or until internal temp is 145f)

  8. Turn on broiler & broil for another 4-5 min to crisp the top

  9. Let cool & enjoy!
