OREGANO FRIES

Ingredients:

  • 4 med. russet potatoes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 450f

  2. Clean & slice potatoes

  3. Line pan with parchment paper & spread potatoes out

  4. Drizzle olive oil & all spices

  5. Mix well with hands to ensure potatoes are evenly coated (can sprinkle a little extra if you notice bare spots)

  6. Roast for 30 min

  7. Take out of oven, mix & flip around slices for even roasting

  8. Roast another 10-15 min depending on preferred doneness

  9. Let cool & enjoy!
