OREGANO FRIES
Ingredients:
4 med. russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried oregano
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to 450f
Clean & slice potatoes
Line pan with parchment paper & spread potatoes out
Drizzle olive oil & all spices
Mix well with hands to ensure potatoes are evenly coated (can sprinkle a little extra if you notice bare spots)
Roast for 30 min
Take out of oven, mix & flip around slices for even roasting
Roast another 10-15 min depending on preferred doneness
Let cool & enjoy!
