Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:

  • 1 12oz container cherry tomatoes

  • 1 red onion

  • 1/2 bunch cilantro

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 1 jalapeno (optional)

Method:

  1. Quarter tomatoes, dice onions, and chop cilantro, then place in a mixing bowl.

  2. Sprinkle with salt and squeeze lime juice.

  3. Mix together and enjoy!
