Pico de Gallo
Ingredients:
1 12oz container cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/4 tsp salt
Juice of 2 limes
1 jalapeno (optional)
Method:
Quarter tomatoes, dice onions, and chop cilantro, then place in a mixing bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and squeeze lime juice.
Mix together and enjoy!
