Raspberry PB Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups Harmless Harvest coconut water
1 banana
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
2 tbsp Zen Basil seeds (or chia seeds)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 handful spinach
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender ( I LOVE my Vitamix)
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
