ROASTED ROSEMARY WHITE BEANS

Ingredients:

  • 1 15oz jar or can navy beans

  • 2-3 sprigs rosemary (minced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)

  • salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350f

  2. Rinse beans, then lay flat & gently dry with paper towel

  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper & spread beans out

  4. Drizzle with olive oil, rosemary, & salt & pepper

  5. Gently mix with hands

  6. Roast for 12-15 min

  7. Drizzle with lemon juice

  8. Let cool & enjoy!
