Sauteed Artichokes
Ingredients:
1 can quartered artichokes (drained)
3 tbsp avocado oil
1/4 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic (minced)
juice of 1/2 lemon
handful parsley (chopped)
Method:
Head medium-sized pan on low-med heat, allow to heat through, then add 2 tbsp oil and allow to heat through
Add artichokes to pan, place face down and saute fo 7 min. or until they are browned
Salt, then flip artichokes over and saute for another 7 min. until browned, then add remaining oil to pan, then garlic
Saute for 2 minutes, stirring so garlic doesn’t burn
Remove from pan, squeeze with lemon and top with parsley
Let cool & enjoy!
