SHRIMP-SHUKA

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb shrimp (shells off, deveined, tails off per your preference)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 1/2 cup Rao’s garlic marinara (or similar)

  • handful sheep’s milk feta, if eating dairy (can drizzle cashew cream if dairy free)

  • salt to taste

Method:

  1. Season shrimp with spices, herbs, & salt

  2. Mix well to ensure shrimp are coated

  3. Heat pan on low-med heat

  4. Add oil to pan & let heat through

  5. Add sauce to pan, then red pepper flakes, & heat until simmering

  6. Place shrimp throughout pan & gently stir to cover with sauce

  7. Cook for 5 min, flipping halfway through to allow shrimp to cook fully

  8. Sprinkle w/ desired amount of feta

  9. Taste, add additional salt if needed

  10. Let cool & enjoy!
