Slow Cooker Chili-Lime Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts

  • 1 jar Jalapa jar salsa

  • 1 4oz can Hatch or Rio Luna diced green chiles

  • 1 packet Siete taco seasoning

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker.

  2. Cook on low for 5 hours or on high for 3 hours.

  3. Shred once chicken falls apart easily then let simmer for another hour.

  4. Turn off slow cooker and enjoy!
