VEGAN PESTO
Ingredients:
1 cup high-quality extra virgin olive oil
5 cloves garlic
3 cups fresh basil
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp salt
juice of 1 lemon
Method:
Place all ingredients together in a blender or kitchen mixer
Blend together
Serve over pasta or use as a sauce on fish, shrimp, or turkey meatballs.
