ZA’ATAR LAMB MEATBALLS

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb grass-fed ground lamb

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp za’atar seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400f

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well with hands

  3. Form small to medium uniform-size meatballs (mixture should make 6-8)

  4. Place meatballs in baking dish and bake uncovered for 18 min. or until internal temp. reaches about 125f

  5. Take out of oven, let cool, and enjoy!
