ZA’ATAR LAMB MEATBALLS
Ingredients:
1 lb grass-fed ground lamb
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp za’atar seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Method:
Preheat oven to 400f
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well with hands
Form small to medium uniform-size meatballs (mixture should make 6-8)
Place meatballs in baking dish and bake uncovered for 18 min. or until internal temp. reaches about 125f
Take out of oven, let cool, and enjoy!
