Two Faced
anuary is named after Janus, the two-headed/faced Roman god, known for representing the duality of life's transitions, with one side facing the past & the other facing the future. Looking at life this way, reflecting on the past to inform the future, can have a real effect on how we choose and implement our priorities as we move into a new year. When taking the time to look back, we can assess the habits & practices that worked for us in the past and move forward with them. As such, we can also do the same with where we fell short, where we got off track, & with what just didn't work.
